WAC was built with the goal of collective greatness.
We instead of I.

We — Elsa & Rui — as founders, set out to create a space, both digital and physical, where artists from all disciplines of the wedding industry can share not only their accomplishments, but also their troubles and struggles.

Portugal is the birthplace of WAC, but it is not the final destination. We believe this industry is becoming global very fast — if it isn’t already.

The WAC Podcast was the first stone. Here, Rui talks with great names and inspiring people from the industry, from Portugal to the US, from France to Mexico. Planners, photographers, designers, florists, chefs — everyone brings their own point of view, and we believe we should know more about each other.

The Alcobaça Meetup was the second step. We brought people into the same room, talked, shared, and then sat down for a great dinner together — as we always should, being Portuguese.

Now, we launch the third project: The Art of Wedding Photography Podcast.
This one is more personal, as it focuses on photography and videography, and is hosted by both Elsa and Rui.

But WAC does not stop here. Galas and celebrations, workshops, specialized education, new meetups, and more digital content are already part of the vision. We want to create moments to celebrate the industry, spaces to learn and grow, and platforms where knowledge, experience, and inspiration can be shared openly.

This is just the beginning.
